Andrea Rossi Confirms Knowledge Transfer to Licensee, Manufacturing Systems Under Final Preparation for Planned 2025 Launch

Following his July 7th update, Andrea Rossi shared more details about the current status of E-Cat production:

• Manufacturing Readiness:
  Since May, the primary focus has been on preparing manufacturing systems and conducting extensive testing to enhance product reliability.

• Knowledge Transfer Completed:
  Rossi confirmed that all proprietary know-how required to produce the E-Cat has now been fully transferred to the Global Licensee. This was done so the licensee can independently handle manufacturing and accelerate production.

• Rossi’s Ongoing Role:
  Rossi will continue as Chief Scientist, overseeing improvements in electronics, chemical processes, and general R&D. He described his work as both teaching and supervising a team of highly qualified scientists who have now passed a final “exam” to demonstrate their readiness.

• Licensee Responsibilities:
  The licensee is now responsible for all business activities, including manufacturing, advertising, distribution, and order fulfillment. Rossi emphasized that while he remains active in R&D, Leonardo Corporation’s business role in production has effectively ended once the knowledge transfer was complete.

• Confidentiality and Security:
  For security reasons, the locations of manufacturing facilities and the identity of the licensee remain undisclosed. Rossi confirmed there will be more than one production site, starting from the initial launch.

• Ordering Process:
  Pre-orders are still being taken via the E-Cat website (www.ecatorders.com). Eventually, the licensee will establish its own ordering systems once deliveries are ready.

• Timeline:
  While he did not commit to a specific date, Rossi reiterated he remains positive that deliveries will begin in 2025
